CLEAN EVENT TECHNOLOGY

As coronavirus continues to be a major health concern, safety remains a priority. We have put forth a clean-tech event sanitation plan in response to the constant-changing conditions from Covid-19. Our plan encourages attendees to be temperature checked pre-event, and to utilize high-tech cleaning solutions including 3M technology to real time test the cleanliness in the space.

Upon testing the space to establish a cleanliness baseline, we implement cleaning protocols which are faster acting and more effective than traditional methods:

• Sanitize the room by using cleaning technology that kills 99.99% of germs and bacteria, this is also ten times more effective than typical chemical cleaners.
• Test and spray the room as needed, sanitize all shared equipment and use disposable microphone covers for each speaker/ presenter.
• Use a stabilized aqueous ozone portable cleaner. This is a natural cleaning solution that sanitizes the room up to 24 hours and will help in keeping the room safe.

This solution kills germs and bacteria in one minute compared to other chemical cleaners that take on average 10 minutes to clean and sanitize.

All of these products are more environmentally friendly to human exposure and meet high safety and performance standards.
